One-Stop Production
Forged
First Step
Once forged, the aluminum alloy gains increased strength and resistance while simultaneously becoming lighter in weight. The blank of the aluminum alloy is extruded using a forging machine, significantly enhancing the molecular density across a larger area, thereby revealing the fundamental structure of the wheel disk.
Flow Forming
Second Step
The outer section of the wheel, known as the “Rim,” takes on a disk-like shape after the forging process. To create a hollow cylinder, it is further molded through a flow-forming machine, which involves squeezing and stretching. This additional process increases the density, further enhancing the wheel’s strength.
Heat Treatment
Third Step
Following heat treatment in the range of 200 to 500 degrees Celsius, the wheel’s internal molecules become more uniform and stable. This process alleviates stress from the mechanical forging and restores the wheel’s elasticity, resulting in increased strength and impact resistance of the aluminum alloy.

Milling
The Fifth Step
The main objective of this process is to enhance the overall shape of the wheel disk, including the number of spokes and intricate details of the design. A milling machine is used to shape the predetermined design based on these factors. For monoblock designs, larger volume and depth requirements necessitate the use of advanced milling machines like 4-axis or 5-axis milling machines.

Grinding and Polishing
The Sixth Step
Prior to painting the wheels, they undergo grinding to ensure the color paint’s perfection is brought out. This step also involves quality checks on the paint spraying after painting. By thoroughly inspecting each Rising Forged wheel, only those in optimal condition are delivered to the customer.

Painting and Assembly
Step Seven
Summarize the following sentences into three points:In this area, tasks such as assembling the wheel valve stem, center cap, and two-piece wheel are completed. To ensure uniform torque and prevent missing screws, the fixing process for the two-piece wheel is done manually with the aid of a torque wrench. After fixing, a mark is made for future screw looseness inspection, and regular calibration of the torque wrench is performed.

Packaging and Assembly
Step Eight
After the manufacturing process is finished, the wheel is prepared for packaging and shipping. To prevent surface damage during transportation, the wheel disk is covered with a round cloth as a protective measure. Additionally, shock-absorbing material is placed inside the packing box to ensure the wheel remains undamaged during transit.
